Grazzy “Need to Know” Notifications
To help you better manage the most important things to program success, Grazzy proactively alerts you of any critical, time-sensitive action you should be aware of. We know you’re busy. Our goal is to proactively empower you with the information you need, when you need it. No spam, just critical actions… proactively delivered to you on the go.
Grazzy Critical Action SMS Alerts include:
- Employee Enrollments Pending: A bi-weekly digest will be sent to any admins on the account if you have any employee self-enrollment requests outstanding. Your action: Log in to Grazzy and approve your employee enrollment requests.
- No scans in 5 days: If your location has not received any guest engagement scans in 5 days, admins will be notified. Your action: Ensure guest enablement materials are available and being properly staged.
- Employee Banking Setup: If your employees are receiving direct disbursements and have not yet connected their banking method, we’ll provide guidance via SMS directly to employees. Employee action: Follow prompt to securely link banking method.
How to manage your Critical Action SMS alerts:
Both employees and admins can toggle off / on certain SMS messages in Settings. To adjust your notification preferences, first open your notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top right corner of your Admin Dashboard or Employee Wallet.
Then, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your notifications Inbox. That will open your Notification Preferences, where you can make adjustments.
