How does Grazzy work?

• Guests scan QR codes in their room and throughout the property which brings up a profile of the team or the individual talent member. There is no app download required.

               

• Guest chooses the amount they would like to tip.

• Guest selects which positive feedback best matches their experience.
  
  
• Guest confirms their payment and email themselves a receipt.

• Once complete, that tip will show up in your Grazzy wallet immediately if your team does not pool tips. If your team does pool tips, each tip will be distributed to the appropriate team members and will be available later that day.
