How does Grazzy work?

• Guests scan QR codes in their room and throughout the property which brings up a profile of the team or the individual talent member. There is no app download required.

               

• The Guest then chooses the amount they would like to tip.

• The Guest then has the option to select which positive feedback best matches their experience.
  
  
• The Guest then confirms their payment and has the option to email themselves a receipt.

• Once complete, if your team does not pool tips, that tip will show up in your Grazzy wallet immediately. If your team does pool tips, each tip will be distributed among the appropriate team members by an Account Admin.
