How do I setup my Grazzy wallet?

Step 1:

• Login to your Grazzy profile by going to app.Grazzy.com and follow the sign-in prompts.
• When logged in, you will see a yellow alert message asking you to setup your Stripe account (i.e., your Grazzy Wallet).
  • Please click on the hyperlink within the yellow alert to set up your Grazzy Wallet and start receiving your money.

Step 2:

Complete the following prompts to setup your Grazzy Wallet.

• First Prompt: Get paid by Grazzy
  • Begin by entering your email address. Click “Continue” at the bottom to move to the next step.

• • Next, enter your mobile phone number to receive a text message to verify your account. Click “Continue” to proceed.

• • You will receive a text message from Grazzy with a verification code needed on the next part of this prompt:

• • Enter your verification code on the following screen:

• • Once you enter your verification code, you will automatically be redirected to the next prompt of the process.
  • If you do not receive your verification code, please click “Resend code” at the bottom.

• Second Prompt: Tell us about your business
  • Country will auto-populate with the “United States”, if that is not correct, please update to the correct country using the drop-down list. If correct, leave as is and proceed to the next question.
  • Type of business will auto-populate to “Individual”. This is correct, please always select Individual. Click “Continue” to proceed.
  • If a question appears for “Business Structure”, please ensure that you selected “Individual” to the previous question, “Type of Business”.

• Third Prompt: Verify your personal details
  • Enter your legal first and last name.
  • Enter your date of birth.
  • Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
  • Once you have completed all fields, click “Continue” to proceed.

• Fourth Prompt: Select an account for payouts
  • Select either “Bank account” or “Debit card”.
  • For bank account, you can link your bank account with your Grazzy Wallet by selecting your bank’s logo. If you would prefer to manually enter your bank account information, click on the hyperlink below the bank images that states, “Enter bank details manually”. This will allow you to enter your routing number and checking account number.
  • Locate your routing and account number on the bottom of your personal check:

• • For debit card, you will need to enter your debit card number and expiration date.
  • Click “Save” once complete.

• Last Prompt: Let's review your details
  • Please ensure that all information provided during this process is correct. If correct, please click “Submit” at the bottom.

You’re done, congratulations!

You are officially set up and can begin withdrawing your available funds immediately! To withdraw, please click on “Withdraw”.
