How-To Deactivate Employees

Step 1

• From your Grazzy account, locate the "Employees" tab from the navigation menu on the lefthand side of the screen. 

Step 2

• From the Talent screen, locate the name of the talent member you need to edit. Click on the talent member's name to go to their information.

Step 3

• From the talent member's main page, click on the "Edit" icon in the upper righthand corner. 

Step 4

• From the Edit Talent screen, scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and locate the "Danger Zone" section.
• Click the "Deactivate" Icon located under the Danger Zone section.  

Step 5

• A popup window will appear to confirm that you want to deactivate the talent member.
• Click "Deactivate" to successfully deactivate the talent member.
• Click "X" if you did not mean to deactivate talent.
