The Grazzy Dashboard is an overview page of your employees, teams, and tip performance.
At the top right-hand corner, you can adjust the date range to the time period you would like to view, or else it will automatically default to the beginning of the current month.
The QR code scans section will show scan comparisons week over week, which will provide insight on the status of your collateral. If you know it has been a busy week but are receiving less scans, this may mean that your Guest Enablement Materials in some areas could either be missing or damaged.
Next to this is the Leaderboard, which is great to reference if you want to give kudos to a top earning employee, or learn about their tricks on how to gain additional tips.
The Admin Section of the Dashboard can be viewed as a "To Do" or "Action Required" area.
When an employee self enrolls, they will automatically be added to the “Self Enrollment Requests” inbox. An Admin will need to either approve or deny these requests and clicking on the "Self-enrollment requests awaiting action" tile will take you to the appropriate screen.
If you chose to go the SMS invitation route instead of self enrollment for your employees ( See Enrollments for more details) “SMS Invitations Pending/Expired” shows the status of invitations the admin sent to an employee directly, they will be displayed in this tile until they accept the invitation. Invitations do expire every 3 days, so if you use this enrollment method clicking on this box will take you to the SMS enrollment page to check on the invitation status, and you can resend an invite when necessary.
If any employees do not yet have a banking method linked, they will be counted in the “Employees Missing a Payout Method” tile. Clicking on this tile will take you to the Employees tab. ( See more on the Employees Tab here )
Tipping Activity section showcases tip performance for the date range specified at the top of the dashboard.
Recent Tips will show more detail about who earned the tip on what date as well as the amount and any feedback given. This can also be downloaded from the Reporting section under the "Itemized Tip History" report.
Teams will show an additional breakdown of tip performance by team.
So, to review, your Dashboard tab is going to give you a high-level overview of how your property is performing, and it will provide a reminder on any actionable items for Admins to ensure your employees are properly set up to see the benefits of Grazzy.
