On the Enrollments tab is where you’ll be able to choose your method of inviting your employees. The two methods available are "Employee self-enrollment" or "SMS Invitations. The page does give a brief description of each method and we'll go into more details on this page.
Employee self-enrollment
Employee self-enrollment helps streamline the enrollment process by allowing employees to self-initiate the process. Clicking on the Purple "Employee self-enrollment" link will take you to a page where you can download your Self-Enrollment Posters. The posters come in both English and Spanish and includes a FAQ sheet with the most common questions your employees might have about Grazzy.
Once an employee completes the self-enrollment workflow, you'll find their request pending under the "Recent self enrollments" where you will approve or deny these requests. You may also uncheck their chosen profile picture if deemed necessary, and it will show their initials instead. You may also adjust their team assignments if needed as well. There is no limit to the number of teams an employee can be assigned to.
SMS Invitations is where an admin can invite an employees directly via text message, if they know the employees cellphone number. The one functional difference of using this method as apposed to the self-enrollment option is; when you use SMS invites, the employee is automatically added to the list of employees able to receive tips, even if they have not yet accepted the invitation, whereas with self-enrollments they employee will not be added to the list of employees able to receive tips until their request is approved.
SMS Invitations expire after 3 days, so be sure to keep an eye on the dashboard to see if any need to be resent.
