The Employee tab is where you are able to view all details of your active and deactivated employees. On the initial page, it will default to showing all active employee information including name, phone number, employee ID (if applicable), wallet funds, and if they have a banking method linked.
The page will default to the "Active" employees list, but you can switch the view to "Deactivated" to see the employees that have been removed from being able to receive tips. "View all" will show you all of the employees that have ever been added to the platform.
In the "Payout Method" column, there are a few things to keep an eye on to help ensure success of the program at your location.
If you see the "No Payout Method" icon, it means the employee has not yet started linking their bank account. This HelpCenter article is something you can provide to your employees to help guide them through the process.
If you see the "Connected" icon, it means that they have linked a bank account and can complete transfers. If you see a balance in the "Wallet Balance" column, it might be worth a reminder to that employee that they have funds waiting for them and that they should login to app.grazzy.com
The blue "Payroll" icon should be present if you're paying any of your employees out via the payroll method. Please see this page for more details on Payroll.
If you see a yellow "Last payout failed" icon, this means there was an issue transfering funds to the employees linked account. They receive a text message with the details of the error and the steps to resolve the issue, however if you or they need additional assistance please email support@grazzy.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Employee Profile
If you click the arrow on the far right-hand side of each employee’s row, you will be taken to the Employee Profile and able to see additional information pertaining to that specific employee. This will show what team or teams the employee is a part of, their wallet overview/history, and any feedback they’ve received from tips.
In this section, you will also be able to edit your employee’s information as well as what teams they are assigned to by clicking on the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the page. At the very bottom of the Edit page, you will see the Danger Zone, which will allow you to deactivate an employee if they no longer work for your property. You may also personalize the employee’s profile with a picture, information on why they work, and their hometown if interested.
The overall employee tab is a great way to monitor the activity of your employees and be able to remind them to link a banking method if needed to start disbursing their hard earned tips.
Employee Phone Numbers
If the phone number displaying for the employee is out of date, please email support@grazzy.com with the employees name and new phone number and our team can assist with updating their number in the system. Please DO NOT add them again and create a new profile.
