In the Settings section, you can adjust the suggested tip amounts that guests see after scanning the QR code.
If your employees are consistently getting custom tip amounts higher/lower than the suggested amounts displayed, then you can adjust the amounts to more accurately reflect the tip amounts your team is receiving. This can also be adjusted specifically by Team under your Team settings.
If your guest is leaving a tip, they may have had a positive experience they'd like to share via a review of the property. In this section you can also add in links to the listed review sites and a link wil be visible to the guests after they finalize their tip transaction. Please be sure to click the "submit" button to save any changes you have made.
Under the Settings Tab is the Admin tab, here you will see a list of any admins that have access to the Grazzy Admin Dashboard as well as a list of any Admins that have been deactivated.
To edit an active Admins info, simply click into the row where the Admins name is displayed.
To add a new admin, you will click “Invite Admin” at the top right, and input their name, phone number and email address.
Once you submit the invitation, you will be able to view the pending invite in the SMS Invitations tab.
If your account is set up for payroll disbursements, you will be able to set up your recurring payroll report in the Payroll tab. Input the start date of your next pay period and its appropriate frequency, and then double check that the payroll period date range that populates is accurate. Add the emails of anyone you would like to receive this recurring report separated by a coma, and then click submit.
This report will then be shared to all email addresses the day after the payroll period concludes.
